Instructor login request

An instructor login gives you full access to the resources on this site. As instructor you will also have access to such materials as answer keys for the Old English Aerobics exercises.

Your students can easily obtain their own accounts using a login and password (different from your own password) that you provide to them. Accounts created by students in this way will be linked to yours; certain records of their activities on the site will be available to you. Your students will be anonymous on the site, their identities known only to you (they must give you their individual User IDs).

The information you provide here will be seen only by the Old English Aerobics Webmaster and Wiley-Blackwell Publishers. It will not be shared with any other parties, and you will not be contacted unless you permit it.

Preferred login (3-15 characters, numbers and letters only; no spaces). Your login is case-sensitive. *

Your password (you'll use this when you log in: it's not extremely secure, so don't use the one you use for your e-mail or your banking!). Later you can change it to something more secure. Passwords are case-sensitive. *

A password for your students, different from your password. This will enable them to get their own accounts, linked to yours. It does not give them access to your account. This password is also case-sensitive. *
